Your Voice Matters to INSILC

At the Indiana Statewide Independent Living Council (INSILC), our mission is to empower people with disabilities to lead and control their own lives and to advance independence, inclusion, and equal access throughout Indiana. We partner with Centers for Independent Living and community stakeholders to develop and monitor the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) and support efforts that remove barriers and create opportunities for all. Your feedback helps us better understand community needs, identify priorities, and improve how we serve individuals with diverse abilities across the state.
