We are excited to announce the appointment of Mike Foddrill, Jr., MPA as the new Executive Director of the Indiana Statewide Independent Living Center (INSILC). With a distinguished career marked by significant accomplishments in nonprofit management and advocacy for individuals with disabilities, Mike brings invaluable experience and leadership to his new role.
Mike holds a master’s degree in public Affairs with a concentration in nonprofit management. His extensive professional background includes executive leadership positions at prominent organizations dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities:

  • Executive Director, United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater IN
  • Executive Director, Hollis Adams Foundation
  • Associate Director, Tangram, Inc.
  • Special Projects Director, Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities
  • Disability Resource Specialist, Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana
