Independent Living Resources

Indiana 211

Our Mission: To improve quality of life for Hoosiers by promoting equity and connecting people to health and human service resources through highly skilled navigators, continuous community collaboration and a robust community database and technological innovations.

FSSA Resource Guide

This FSSA resource guide is designed to help providers and community- and-faith-based organizations connect those who are in need with services we provide. It contains information about programs provided and administered by FSSA and gives direction on how Hoosiers qualify to receive assistance from a variety of programs. With greater understanding and awareness of the services FSSA provides, providers, advocates and faith- and humanitarian-based organizations can better employ these services to help rescue Hoosiers in crisis and improve the quality of life for all in our state.

A Single Source, A World of Possibilities

Developed in 2018 through an initiative funded by AWS Foundation, FINDER gives people living with disabilities 24/7 access to a comprehensive range of community resources designed to improve their quality of life. Service providers, community advocates and medical professionals regularly contribute to FINDER, keeping the information current, relevant and practical. Participation is voluntary, and new information is added regularly. If you notice a resource that benefits the disability community is missing from the site, please contact us. With your help, FINDER will continue to grow and improve.

FINDER supports the right for people of all abilities to freely choose how they wish to live their lives to the fullest. It does not rate or endorse programs, services or organizations. It is up to each individual to decide if a resource fits their unique needs.
